to solve that problem it is really easy. And today i will explaining it to you step by step
1. open wamp folder
2. look folder apps and open it
3. open phpmyadmin folder
4. look for config.inc.php
5. open that file with notepad
6. find a text $cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type'] = 'cookie';
7. change cookie to config and save
8. well, now you can refresh you browser
9. Wamp Error 1045 phpmyadmin has been solved.
but my advise, you have better make a copy for config.inc file before you make a change of it.
